By accessing nipel.io (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Services
NIPEL provides information about AI avatar video infrastructure and may offer related commercial services under separate agreements. Public report pages are provided for authorised recipients of shared links.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, attack, scrape abusively, or disrupt the Site.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to reports, systems, or data.
- Do not use the Site for unlawful content or to infringe third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
Site content (branding, text, design, software) is owned by NIPEL or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it except as allowed by law or with prior written permission.
5. Reports and client materials
Shared performance reports may contain confidential campaign metrics. Access via a link does not grant a licence to republish or redistribute report contents without the rights holder’s permission.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability. Marketing statements are illustrative and not guarantees of results.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NIPEL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory EU consumer or other law.
8. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
